Greatly enjoyed the room with a good internet connection, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The staff was nice and very pleasant, gave advice about the city. The breakfast was satisfactory and cereals and eggs were available. The location was peaceful, a 10-15 minute walk from Cleveland. One of the advantages - pet-friendly rooms; they included a shower and hair dryers. The staff was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating with advice and suggestions.

The location is convenient, close to hiking trails, a supermarket, K-mart, and local markets, while the complimentary breakfast includes muffins.

Magnificent location in the downtown area, very close to markets and shopping as well as grocery store. Also, easy access to a christian church. Such great experience there.

The price was very reasonable, and everything was clean. The staff was so very wonderful. I would really like to say a thank you to all.

Well, it was a non-smoking room but the smell was unpleasant. The bathroom was very, very run down, but the shower output was good! The bed was very soft and we thought we would have trouble sleeping on it, but we slept very well.

The was a strong smell of air freshener in the room which gave me a headache. I think hotel rooms really should be odor-neutral. I wanted to change rooms but was informed they all smelled the same.

The location is particularly good, 1 mile from Cleveland. Furthermore, it's just next door to downtown area and JB's restaurant and Close to markets. The food is fine with good choice of options, including cereals and eggs.

The staff here were super friendly and really quick to help whenever we had questions. The breakfast was just what you'd expect - delicious! They had juice, free WiFi, and even some yummy muffins to snack on. 🥐
